Two Wings Dzogchen Buddha Path Dharma celebration
Two countries united by the sea, two cities connected by hearts, two communities brought together by virtuous thinking.
At the darkest time of the year our two Buddha Path sanghas in Northern Europe want to celebrate and honour our friendship, connection, and unity with this virtual gathering. We invite you along to practice and learn together to make this connection even more alive.
Just like a bird needs two wings to take off and fly, we, humans, need to expand our hearts and minds in different ways in order to really grow and live a happier, more meaningful life. What will lift us up and carry us the farthest both in the face of great challenges and at the best times are our compassion and wisdom. This weekend’s teachings are dedicated to those wings of Dharma. Teachings will be given by long-time students of Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche, Dharma teachers Kristi Kraft and Heini Ilmarinen.
Join us for this November weekend and learn how to spread your own wings. We will meet in Zoom on November 27-28th. Morning and evening practices are optional but open for everyone. The language of this event will be English.

About the teachers:
Dharma Teacher Kristi Kraft, Upasika Bodhisattva Pedma Rigdzin Tso (Ocean of Awareness Holder) is a Dzogchen Buddha Path Dharma practitioner since 2014. She is the founder of the Dharma Center in Tallinn, Estonia and has been acting as the President of the board of directors since 2016. She is also the Vice President of the Buddha Path Russia board of directors since 2017.
Kristi’s knowledge of Buddhist principles according to Mahayana teachings is extensive and her explanations are alive. She utilizes quotes from the lineage Masters as well as draws examples from her own experience. Her teachings are well structured, easy to follow and clear to understand. Her level of Dharma knowledge, practice as well as participation in internships and retreats qualifies her as a Tantra practitioner (5th level student) in the lineage.
In the worldly arena she is working for an Estonian non-profit as a mindfulness teacher expanding the skills and abilities of teachers and kids to handle everyday emotional challenges with more self-control, confidence and compassion.
Our highly appreciated Dharma Teacher, Upasaka Bodhisattva Heini Ilmarinen first met His Eminence Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche in November 2011 when she attended her first month-retreat in Russia. Heini has been a student of Rinpoche’s since and has attended many month-long internships and shorter retreats.
Heini lives in Helsinki, Finland where she leads and teaches the Finnish Buddha Path Sangha. She is one of the main pillars of the European Sangha and the Treasurer of the European Sangha Board. Heini is also an active member of the international IT committee of the Dzogchen Shri Singha Foundation, and does many more.
Heini has a background in the sciences and she enjoys uniting the Buddhist views with scientific knowledge.
