72 tunnine Ravibuddha üritus

17. — 20. septembril leiab aset Ravibuddhale pühendatud veebi-üritus: 72 tunni jooksul annavad õpetusi ning juhatavad haigusi ravivaid praktikaid meie Dharma keskused enam kui kümnes riigis üle terve maailma.
19. septembril kell 15.00 — 17.00 on võimalus praktikat teha ja õpetusi kuulata meie armsas emakeeles.

Ravibuddha praktika tegemine on võimalus ravida ennast täielikult terveks erinevatest haigustest, õnnistada oma perekonda ning leevendada kõikide olendite kannatusi.

Registreerumine toimub läbi selle vormi. Registreerumisvalikute alt tuleks valida “Europe Registration” ning jälgida automaatselt saadetud e-krijas olevaid juhiseid. Märkus: eestlased saavad soovi korral soetada pileti soodsama erihinnaga 50€.

Info uueneb jooksvalt Facebooki ürituse lehel.

Annetusvõimalused (klõpsa detailide nägemiseks)

Ravibuddhale on võimalik teha ande.

Tseremooniameister kasutab neid annetaja nimel annetustseremoonia läbiviimiseks.

Ravibuddha ürituse ajal on soovituslik paastuda (loomulikult vaid juhul, kui see pole tervislikel põhjustel vastunäidustatud). Klõpsa inglisekeelsete juhiste nägemiseks.

During 2021 Dzogchen Buddha Path 72-Hour Global Medicine Buddha Event participants will also be taking the temporary virtuous vows and are encouraged to practice nyungne fasting.

There are five types of nyungne fasting practices.

  1. Evening fasting vow, the vow to not consume food after midday
This evening fasting vow is one of the eight virtuous vows. You can also take the evening fasting vow individually. No food is to be consumed after midday.
  2. Evening fasting, or half day fasting
Only eat midday before 1pm and not eat dinner. Breakfast can be eaten or not; it is optional.
    One day fasting
On the first day, eat before 1pm. Do not eat the whole next day. You can eat in the morning or at lunch on the third day.
  3. Two days fasting
On the first day, eat before 1pm. Do not eat on the second or third days. You can eat in the morning or at lunch on the fourth day.
  4. Three days fasting
On the first day, eat before 1pm. Do not eat the second, third, or fourth days. You can eat in the morning or at lunch on the fifth day.

It is said that this fasting practice purifies obscurations of greed, and especially stinginess and miserliness. There are many such benefits. It is very good to combine fasting practice with Medicine Buddha practice.

Fasting has many benefits for the body and mind, such as increasing cognitive performance, protecting from obesity, reducing inflammation, supporting weight loss, promoting longevity, boosting the immune system, and freeing up time.

If you are interested in doing fasting practice, you must find qualified guidelines for how to do fasting and choose which type is most suitable for you according to your health and situation.

Fasting is not recommended for everyone, especially those who cannot do fasting due to health issues, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have a history of eating disorders. Please consult your health care provider if you have any concerns regarding fasting and your health.
